All the configuration file will be re-written to the ECM and this will save all the operator presets. Then select Program ECM and the file will be sent to the ECM. The pop up screen will identify the config file you have selected, click ok to accept the file. Then select Load from file and select the configuration you just downloaded. After the file is installed, go back to the ECM Replacement screen, again it may ask for a file and you can select cancel. Then you can flash the new system flash file it the ecm. Then select the Save file button and it should ask to save the file in the ECM Replacement folder of ET. The go to the bottom of the screen and select the Load from ECM button. It may start by asking for a file but, just click the cancel button.
To save the ecm configuration, use the ECM Replacement option. I am online most nights and weekends a few hours.(US-Eastern)Please do not rate my answer until you are completely satisfied.
